Terms of Service
I. State of contract
The contract is concluded with the registration for the event (by email
or in writing). The registrations will be in chronological order accepted.
The agreed participation fee is due upon the conclusion of the contract
for payment. (Cash, PayPal or bank transfer)
2. Resignation from the contract
a) The organizer may withdraw from the contract,
• if the minimum number of participants per 100T is not reached,
• if all the artist (s) hired by the organizer fails for reasons
that are outside the organizer's sphere of influence (for example, illness).
b) The participant can withdraw from the contract until December 31st,
2021; It will be 50% of the
participation fee as withholding and processing fee withheld. From January
1st, 2022, any
repayment will be forfeited.
3. Copyright and data protection
Photographing, filming and tape recording in the events are not allowed.
Possibly distributed material may be used without permission of the Organizer
in any way be duplicated. Personal details of participants and artists
are subject to the provisions of the Data protection.
4. Liability
The liability of the organizer is limited to the intent of gross negligence.
5. Scope of services, written form
The scope of the services results from the descriptions of the event programs.
Verbal agreements are considered as not met.
Changes of any kind must be made in writing. The registration is not binding
until agreed in writing.

6. Revocation
The cancellation period is 14 days. It begins with the conclusion of the
contract, unless otherwise stated. In case of cancellation, the received
services are to be returned immediately. Does the law set a maximum time
limit for the return, so this begins for the entrepreneur / organizer
with the access and for the consumer with the submission of the revocation.
Consumers uphold this period by the timely written dispatch of the revocation
by registered letter.
The entrepreneur is in revocation within the first 14 days the risk of
